Global Trekkers (herein referred as Company) provides Lifetime Warranty to the first purchaser or gift recipient (herein referred to as “You” and “Your”) of the backpacks, Laptop bags or any other bags (herein referred to as the “Product”), and its duration is specified as from the date of purchase of the Product for the period specified on hand tag or on the website.
Lifetime Warranty for backpacks, laptop bags, and other bags provided warranty on manufacturing defects considering the life of the product 3 yrs from the date of purchase. If there are any manufacturing defect within 3 yrs of purachse of the product then you may be eligible for repair or replacement of Product., beyond 3 yrs the Product will be consider as out of warranty/life time warranty.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your Product, within the Lifetime warranty period, as a result of defect in materials or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair / replace it, in accordance with the Lifetime warranty terms & conditions stated herein. In the course of normal handling, your Product may suffer abrasions, cuts, scratches, soil, which are not a part of the life time warranty claim. Any wear & tear is not covered under the warranty. This warranty applies when the Product is used under normal conditions and for the purpose in which the product was designed.
Please note that this Lifetime warranty is not unconditional.
This Lifetime warranty does not cover:
i. Defects not reported timely to the Company within the said Lifetime warranty period
ii. Damages/Defects caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items other than personal belongings and/or has extraordinary weight), abuse, accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repair, tampering, loss of components or accessories, exposure to extreme heat & temperatures, solvents, acids, rain/water.
iii. Damages such as zip bursts, cracks, scratches to any of the components, tearing of inner lining or any other fabrics.
iv. Incidental & consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of use or time or similar expenses.
v. Damages caused by mishandling and abuse in transit or any other external factors.
The Lifetime warranty is valid only if the customer register the Warranty form in the company web site mentioned below. To avail Lifetime warranty services, the warranty card and the original invoice must be produced along with the defective Product. The customer is, however, responsible for all efforts & costs of getting the defective Product to Company including, but not limited to, the cost & efforts of packaging, shipping & applicable taxes.

The Company will repair or replace the defective Product (deemed defective as per the terms and conditions of the warranty) within a reasonable period of time, at its own discretion. The Company respectfully reserves the right to determine the nature of the defects, whether or not the problem is covered by Global Trekkers Lifetime Warranty.
For the purpose of product replacement, manufacturing specifications are subject to change without prior notice. If the product is to be replaced and the product is discontinued or no longer available, or, if the product is to be repaired and the spare parts of that particular model are not available, Global Trekkers at its own discretion, will offer a comparable or equivalent product at a special price.
If the Product is no longer available, Global Trekkers may substitute it with a comparable product, and there won’t be a liability to pay the customer the price difference. The Lifetime Warranty provided is limited to the value of the Product. If the Product is not under Lifetime Warranty, any repairs and associated costs will be at the owner’s expense. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice. Global Trekkers liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. This means that the Company’s responsibility or compensation is capped at the amount paid for the Product.
The Company, its dealers, and representatives will not be held responsible for any delays in the repair or replacement of products. Delays may occur due to exceptional circumstances or the non-availability of spare parts or products
The Company reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify the terms of the Lifetime warranty as and when needed. Any changes to these terms will be updated and made available on the Company’s website.
Any disputes arising out of the applicability/usage of this Lifetime Warranty is subject to Indian laws and the courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
